True You offers a range of classes in Bikram, hot Vinyasa, Inferno Hot Pilates, and Yin Yoga. Finish your workout off with a post-workout recovery drink from their "True Juice" juice bar or browse through their boutique full of workout wear, jewelry, and local artwork.
10/5 stars for this lovely place. Was visiting home last year for xmas from the East coast and was so excited to see a hot yoga studio. The teachers are incredible, so welcoming, and I could tell Lisa has really built up a strong and dedicated community. If I stil lived in CA I would be here every day. Incredible studio and incredible people!!

Lisa is awesome! Very professional and encouraging as well. All the instructors are good, but she's my favorite. Anyone can participate in yoga and this place shows you how. Highly recommend True You!
