I love Sweat Stockton and its owners and the community of wonderful, diverse people who come here. I have been going to Sweat for 3 years and they feel like family. Lakiesha and Rodger and all the other trainers are fantastic people. Their workouts are effective, efficient, varied and challenging (I still get sore after 3 years!) with great music and a great sense of humor. They provide much-needed stress relief from my job and I look forward to the evening classes all day. Even though we are moving to Oakland, I will keep coming to Sweat because I still work in Stockton and I don't know what I would do without them!
I love being able to workout consistently at 5am, have a challenging workout, and get my energy and day started in such a powerful way. It's been almost a year and the workouts are still challenging and I love my mental and physical progress! #thebestfitnessstudio
Love this gym. All classes are awesome you truly get a workout. Has classes for people who work early and evening classes too. Owners are very sweet and really get to know you..
I've worked out at the gym for many years but when I discovered SWEAT, I immediately knew this was the place for me! It is such a wonderful atmosphere and the owners, Rodger and LaKeisha are amazing. Not only are they very friendly, good and honest individuals, they are very knowledgeable with regards to living a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness. Classes are group classes and what I love is that you still get that "individualized/personal" training as the coaches will point out proper formation or what to do different etc. No matter an individuals age, shape, size, athletic ability etc, they work with everyone and help everyone develop a skill set that they can be comfortable with by modifying the routine or workout. Enough cannot be said about how great this place is and how great Rodger and LaKeisha are. It is with pleasure to give them 5 stars as it is more than well deserved.
