Overview
Located in Stockton's historic Miracle Mile shopping district, Seoul Soon Dubu serves up Stockton's finest taste of Korea. At Seoul Soon Dubu, every dish is created using only the best ingredients, and your food is cooked to order. They specialize in clay pot tofu soups, along with other traditional Korean barbecue dishes, made from mild to spicy.
Seoul Soon Dubu features a banquet room to hold private parties fit to celebrate any occasion. After dinner, continue the party at their newly opened Karaoke bar located in the back of the restaurant. They also offer free wi-fi internet that makes this an ideal location to host your next business meeting or study group.

My first time eating here with my friends. Children had tablets and server helped with connection of their Wi-Fi service. Atmosphere was great. Everybody there was so friendly. The food was nice and hot when we received it. And the prices were reasonable. I would definitely come here again.

I had a good time at this Korean BBQ spot. The concept is fun—90 minutes of all-you-can-eat, and the meat was definitely good quality. Once you finish what’s on your grill, the server brings out the next round for you to cook, which keeps the flow going nicely. That said, I found it to be extremely pricey for what it is. They also charge a waste fee if you don’t finish what you order, so keep that in mind. BEST mom and pop restaurant in Stockton! It is the only Korean restaurant that is also Korean owned (to my knowledge). Something really neat is that you get two options when you walk in: dine in (pay per item) or AYCE (all you can eat). This means you can either have your food cooked for you, or you grill your own meat. I have been eating here since I was a teenager. The food is delicious 100% of the time. The owners and staff truly make you feel like you are at home. If you are 21+ and you show up on a busy night, you can ask to wait at the bar until your table is ready. They even have karaoke and makgeolli (Korean rice wine). Restaurants come and go on miracle mile. There’s a reason why this place has been here for so many years. This is my favorite restaurant of all time!!!!! No matter where I go, I still end up craving this restaurant first. If you have never had authentic Korean cuisine, I highly recommend trying it here. If it’s your first time, just tell the staff what you’re in the mood for. They will surely recommend something delicious! I have never been disappointed here. This place truly makes me proud to be a part of the community of Stockton. We always leave with a happy belly and lots of laughter. Wonderful food, excellent and friendly service. I wish I lived near here, I would visit regularly! I was seated immediately, and my order was taken quickly. The food is very traditional. Since I was by myself I didn’t order much, just Pajeon (green onion pancake with seafood). This may be the best pajeon that I’ve ever had! Very full of seafood, cooked to be slightly crispy, served on a small rack to keep it from getting soggy. They also brought out a nice skeleton Banian (small traditional side dishes) and a small bowl of simple japchae. A very filling meal. I enjoyed chatting with the server, who may also be the owner. Great place!
