The hotel is fine, it’s reasonably priced and the location is pretty good IF you have a vehicle (there is only one gas station within walking distance). The ground squirrels that populate the hill behind the hotel are adorable and numerous and super entertaining in the morning and evening. They do have an elevator and breakfast. The best thing about this place is America at the front desk. She is very kind, extremely knowledgeable and remarkably capable and efficient at her job. She’s so easy to talk to and very genuine which I personally really appreciate. This place would be much less without her. They are super pet friendly too.
Stay here all the time , what keeps us coming back is America at the front desk , she is so kind , and better than that she is competent. There is nothing she doesn't know how to fix or do. If management was paying attention they better give her a pay raise .
I loved how clean our room was! The hostess at the front I believe her name was Anita , her customer service was impeccable, she was so helpful and informative when it came to directions and places to go eat! Overall 10 outta 10!!!!
Very good staff especially the front desk agent America she’s very welcoming and has great hospitality! Rooms are nice and clean. Overall good hotel and budget friendly, I will recommend.
Fabiola is always amazing, I come here because I go to school close by. They’re always able to check me in in a timely fashion. Always a friendly and familiar experience!!
