The staff is always friendly when I stay here. The rooms aren't too bad, and has quick access to the freeway. I got a non smoking room before but the room smelt like smoke. But the staff was very kind and accommodated us well.
This is not high rated for a reason. But I felt the staff were very warm and accommodating. Especially Fabiola, who is very patient, professional and efficient- She loves babies. Infants and newborns get royal treatment. This place has heart.
Spent 3 nights at this red roof. Very nice place to stay with good service and clean rooms. The breakfast is pretty good and the coffee maker is nice. The noise from the highway is not particularly noticeable even though our room was facing the highway. The staff are very friendly and quick to fixed any issues you may have. Cesar and Fabby and other staff members were wonderful and helped us out with useful tips for things like laundry and nearby restaurants. Overall a pleasant experience and good value for the price.
Very friendly staff! The rooms are very nice and put together. Large variety of breakfast and they will switch ur room if ur not satisfied. Ask for America she’s amazing and extremely helpful!
I've stayed with red roof a handful of times at this point and I can say that the rooms are pretty clean. They have updated their cable systems, and offer a small free breakfast in the morning I believe 6am-10am. Overall the staff make the place more welcoming, America and Faby have always been exceptionally polite and helpful.
