Love this bookstore! Great variety of cute books! And the owner is so humorous !
Mr.Otto has a outstanding personality! I came to his bookstore yesterday with my two children and mom to shop for books and he was really very helpfull and very kind! He gave us a great discount too! I am highly recommending this bookstore not just because of the wonderful character of the owner but the selection of the books, there’s variety of books here that you won’t see to the other bookstore! See you soon Mr.Ottoman! We’ll be back to shop for more!
Must visit for any locals or those passing through. Mr. Otto makes the kids feel welcome and free to be kids while they are here. Mainly geared towards children (tons of kids books from infant - teens!) but this place also has many other book options for adults, college students - you name it. If it isn't in store, Mr. Otto will hunt it down from his storage for you and make it happen. Also has other goodies like kids toys, stuffies and more available to purchase. Lots of free books given away also. He is a joy to be around, the kids love him, he tells a great story and is genuinely happy to be there with you. I've known him for about six years now and am so happy to have met him!
I love it here! I NEVER leave empty handed! Great books for anyone and everyone! And true customer service. Mr. Otto is knowledgeable and provides personable service!
I went to high school with Mr. Otto and I am not surprised at all the reviews about his humor and kindness. We were not best friends or anything like that, but I have no memory of seeing anything but a smile on his face and a playful twinkle in his eye. Next time you are in his shop, ask him about his Water Polo days: He always had a lot of fun and entertaining stories about his adventures in the pool and what goes on under the water out of sight of the referees. He's not a braggart, so he probably won't tell you this, but he was our team captain and the league's MVP.
