Has been my favorite pho spot in Stockton for years now. Only place in the city I can eat pho without having to add anything to it, the broth is perfect.
Bun bo hue didn’t meet my standards. Too sweet&salty and not enough umami/lemongrass flavor. The portion was very small. I was disappointed.
I just came in for a sandwich #33 Bahn mi grilled pork Was 6.81$ (keep these prices on record for inflation checking) I was expecting to pay 5$ but the cashier was sooo friendly and covered the rest!! The place is small but cute & clean! Food here smells GOOD!
I have eaten here for years and they recently changed owners earlier thus year and late last year. Menu is the same but some things taste different. I got the 26 and 23. The shrimp and no seasonings and we're cold. The portions are smaller and my grilled pork sandwich was dry. The sandwiches used to.be the best in Stockton. I have to testify that is not the case anymore. Still a good place to eat but not as good as it was before the change in ownership.
Their hot broth is so savory and soothingly good. Pair that with a banh mi and it was a hearty lunch for me. Food was fast and the place was clean. Not bad for the price.
