Fun activity for the whole family! Easy access and parking. You pay for what you pick @$6.50/lbs. Free tasting and highly recommended before picking.
I can’t say enough good about this place. Cherries are superb - big and juicy with GREAT flavor - absolutely perfect. Picking is fun with the grandkid or on our own. Came last year and again this year. We will go back at least once or twice more before this season ends. Last but not least - everyone there was nice and super helpful. Great experience as well as fantastic coral cherries!
You can try it first to make sure the cherry from the tree is sweet. You cannot climb it for security reason but the good one usually in the higher area. It's around $6/ lbs which is higher price than the store but you can choose your cherry. If you don't want to pick it yourself, they sell cherries in the refrigerator. You can purchase the bag for $4.
Today visit was ok, we were only allowed to be in 4 rows (3 coral champagne, 1 bing). Bing is not yet ripe and is sour but crunchy. Coral champagne is too soft for our liking; not sure if it’s not enough water.
My daughter and I are coming tomorrow. Friday June 16. We have never been there before. I just hope that there is handicap parking.. I have serious mobility issues. The stars are for all the great things we hear about Blooms. And if our experience is what I feel is great, it will be an annual event for us. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.
