A little difficult to find, there is no signage on the building or in the entrance to the lot. They appear to be in the midst of a renovation. Our room was great, tile floors (a little cold) full size shower, no tub (I wouldn't use a tub at a motel anyway. One elevator did not work properly, you couldn't call it to the ground floor, but there is another elevator, and you can take it down, just not up. The breakfast was very limited, nothing hot except the coffee and the waffles. The staff was friendly and helpful. There seemed to be a number of "long term" residents.
Front desk, delightful and helpful. There is nothing special about the room. The pillows need to be replaced. Our room 142 was newly renovated. Microwave ✔️, TV ✔️, refrigerator ✔️, clean towels and bedding ✔️.
Sketchy place to stay. Parking lot not secure. Door locks not secure. No security bolt. The front staff was the only positive. Sheets/beds did not seem clean. Towel scratchy/thin. They put money into updating the rooms but they didn't update the basics; towels, sheets, blankets, door locks, etc.
The staff was really nice and friendly. A man named Wiley checked us into our rooms and the lady answered all our questions; however they never gave me a receipt for my $50 deposit at the end of my stay. They just said that the charge would drop off my credit card in three to five days. I will have to keep an eye out for it on my card online. And they don’t have any way to give you change if you want to pay cash. The room was comfy and clean. I did have a little trouble getting to sleep as there were dog’s barking next door noisy kids and sirens. But it got pretty quiet by ten o’clock.
I’ve had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and newly renovated, and the location is convenient. Wiley at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Wiley, for your kindness and professionalism—it made all the difference!
