One of the best Hilton if not the best one in Stockton. Trust me I've been to them all. Very clean rooms. The staff here is very friendly. Their buffet breakfast is way better than the usually powder eggs. Will definitely be coming back.

The staff is very friendly, and the hotel itself is clean and beautiful. The burger at the restaurant is delicious, with perfectly crispy fries on the side. However, the WiFi was not always reliable, and the TV doesn’t offer streaming options or apps. These were the main reasons for deducting a star. Overall, still a lovely stay with great food!

Room: - The room is quite spacious and comfortable. - The bed is very pleasant, ensuring good nights of sleep. - The presence of a microwave in the room is a great convenience. Service: - The service at the reception and during breakfast was impeccable. The staff was attentive and helpful, contributing to a positive experience. Entertainment: - One area for improvement is the lack of access to streaming services like Netflix and Amazon on the room's television. Having to use a paid app for this was inconvenient.

Room: Room is large and clean. Good shower pressure, but no washcloths to be found. Overall, the room is clean and you get two free bottles of water for silver, gold, and diamond customers. Otherwise it's $1 for everyone else. Food: Couldn't find the menu anywhere online for the Canal Street Bar and Grill. I'm submitting a photo of the menu. The appetizer came out after our meals. Never did get my fries, but we weren't charged for it either. The server was a bit of a mess, but in the end, she came through. Food was actually good. Try the asparagus fries. The wings are a medium spicy. The spice is in the breading, not the honey sauce. Also note that breakfast is not included. It's $15 per person. There is a Starbucks in this hotel, so I splurged on coffee here instead buying breakfast. Complaints: Other than not having washcloths available in the bathroom, don't bother trying to sleep in. Housekeeping likes to hold conversations in the hallway even though there are four doors with "Do not disturb" signs out. I get that they have to clean, but she's right next door talking to someone down the hallway. The conversation eventually stopped, but then started up again. Ugh.

I was visiting on a business trip. I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms seemed to be updated, but the hallways looked a bit dated. One of the 2 elevators I saw only worked one day. The hotel was quiet and close to lots of stuff. I did not try the free breakfast, as my work started too early. Overall, I had no issues and would stay again if I was in the area.
