I stay at hotels about 290 out of the year. With that being said I spend a lot of time in hotels and nothing stands out more than being greeted with a smile and a caring spirit especially after working all day. While I love the location, clean rooms etc. What made me take the time to write this review is the exceptional customer service from Farisha at the front desk. I’ve only been here a few days but she continues to greet customers including myself with care and concern followed by a welcoming smile. She should really be recognized for going above and beyond. I was booked for a week and after the great front desk service I extended my work stay here for another 10 days due to the exceptional service she displays…
Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant decent. Atrium makes the 1st floor versatile and user-friendly. Clean, up to date, and pleasant overall. They even shipped an item that I left behind.
Great hotel but the bartender during the week is something else, she throws a fit over splitting checks, has a bad attitude, overall bad service and ruins the vibe. Unfortunately we stay here a lot and have to deal with this every time
Went there for a meeting. The room was large and acomidated everyone very well. The breakfast served was great, scrambled eggs hash browns with bacon, sliced fruit and little pastries with juice and coffee.
The staff at the breakfast buffet, Diana, was amazing! Cheerful, always smiling, willing to help in every way possible. Answering questions about the area and things to do. We will definitely return, and hope to see her again!
