Overview
Ironically, Garlic Brothers is a spectacular spot for a date, even though the kitchen is known to go heavy on the-you guessed it-garlic. Fun and lively, this restaurant sits right on the water's edge and boasts delicious garlicky pizzas, pastas, and seafood.
Contrary to popular belief, however, anything on the menu can be whipped up without the brother's favorite ingredient. Before you leave, roll up your sleeves and dig into Justy's Cake-vanilla ice cream on a cookie crust topped with toffee and glazed with caramel and chocolate.
Pull up a seat on the patio and enjoy a beautiful Stockton sunset. Full bar. Open for lunch and dinner.

They didn’t have it on the menu, but the chef made me some butter garlic noodles with tri-tip strips in it, It was awesome. My daughter had the gumbo over steamed rice, she said it was great. We drank the fishbowl slurrr for two. It was the best, and biggest drink in an actual fish bowl. My daughter loved the oysters. She tried the fried ice cream, and said it was ok, but I didn’t like the fried ice cream at all. The service was awesome, and the outside vibe and view was amazing.
Loved the festive vibe, service, and the delta view. The watermelon margarita reminded me of jolly rancher candy and was light and refreshing. Pizza was decent but I have had way better.
I recently visited this stunning restaurant and quickly realized I had been missing out on such beautiful scenery! It was my first time here, and after enjoying an incredible lunch, I loved it so much that I came back for dinner. The views are absolutely breathtaking—some of the best I've seen when visiting. The food was just as impressive, with the fried ice cream and garlic fries being my absolute favorites. Just wow
Garlic Brothers: A Stockton Surprise Stepping into Garlic Brothers feels like a world away from Stockton. I was lucky enough to witness a breathtaking sunset there. It was like being immersed in a vibrant canvas of color. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere made the experience even more special. It's a hidden gem that shouldn't be missed.
I went here on my first day in California and the food was great. I had the hamburger and fries, and it tasted even better than I expected. Some of the other people at my table weren't as delighted, but I'm writing this review based on my own experience. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere is great, the outside seating area has a nice view. Would definitely recommend
