I love renting rooms from this location, Stephanie is a amazing worker she is always full of energy and always answers my questions in a respectful way, she is very professional and I love that, I am a manager so that stands out to me about a young person who have such a pure heart, she needs to be recognized for an outstanding job she does, I know sometimes things can be overwhelming but Stephanie never shows it, she is always smiling she greets everyone coming keep up the good work .

The rooms are nice u can cook sleep and shower with no worries and the service is awesome I will stay at this hotel every time I need one
There was a large group of us that lived at Extended Stay America in Stockton for approximately 18 months. We were displaced from our apartments due to an explosion. It's very difficult to live in a hotel for that long of a period of time, but the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. I'd like to say a special thank you to Stephanie, Carla, Andrea, Esmarelda, and Anita. Just know that if you get in a situation where you need a place to live for awhile, Extended Stay America will do their best to make your stay comfortable. Thank you ladies!!🤟😊⚘️
This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and equipped with full size fridge, microwave, and 2 burner stove. Even comes with disposable toothbrushes & toothpaste! My main reason for the review is because of the great customer service from the 3 young ladies working at the check in desk. Carla, Stephanie, & Esmerelda went above and beyond to get me some complimentary continental breakfast even though it had been over 4 hours ago. Thanks for the great customer service. Its the little things like that i appreciate, which will keep me coming back to stay here whenever I'm in the 209 area.
