Overview
The mission of the Downtown Stockton Alliance (DSA) is to promote business, housing, arts and entertainment to help create a vibrant, sustainable, urban community in Downtown Stockton.
DSA manages the Property-based Downtown Business Improvement District. They are a non-profit private/public corporation uniting almost 1,000 property owners and downtown businesses. The DSA was incorporated in 1996 as a 501(c)(6) corporation and officially began operations in 1998. Their focus is to highlight positivity in Downtown Stockton and keep locals informed.
