Located in Stonecreek Village, De Vega Brothers has risen from its humble beginnings in a converted AW stand to one of the Valley's premier Italian restaurants, with expanded locations in both Manteca and Stockton. The Stockton location prides itself on creating an atmosphere of urban elegance with patio dining and live patio music. De Vega Brothers is known for their generous portions and delicious lamb chops, cioppino, chicken and veal scaloppini, steak, seafood, as well as their gourmet pastas and sauces. The moment I walked into this restaurant, I was transported straight to Italy. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel at home throughout the evening. The food was exceptional – from the creamy risotto to the perfectly cooked pasta, every dish was bursting with authentic flavors. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and rustic decor. A great place for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. Highly recommend the tiramisu for dessert – it was the best I've ever had!
A fantastic option for mid-priced meals with simple, reliable flavors. The tables are quite close together which reduces intimacy and audibility with your table mates. Overall would recommend for a midday meal.
We've done Thanksgiving here last 2 years. Going again this year. Nice and quiet, not to big, and good food. Prices are very fair. Love it.
The food was not bad and it's clean inside. It was very hot, no AC for the hot sunny day. Overall just an average pasta with not much favor, I got Alfredo with salmon amd veggies.
My sister and I had errands in Stockton yesterday, so we looked up restaurants and found this beautiful little restaurant , we walked in and noticed how clean it was. Joanne, who was our server was an absolute delight. We ordered the salmon salad, as Joanne noted “with lots of goody goodies”, it was a large salad, but not too large. The overall experience was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend going here for a nice quiet meal, that is clean, and has great service and warm, relaxing atmosphere.
