I had an amazing experience at this sushi bar! The service was impeccable, with staff being attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal. The sushi was incredibly fresh, with delicate flavors that truly showcased the quality of the ingredients. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a modern touch that made the experience feel upscale yet comfortable. Definitely coming back!
We drove pretty far across town to eat here because of the reviews and because they were open late. We ate inside the restaurant. The atmosphere was okay but extremely loud! We shared a few appetizers. The karage chicken was okay, but needed a sauce. We were charged $2 for aioli, which tasted bad. We didn't eat it. We also tried the spicy mayo $1 which was much better. The mixed tempura were average. The fried pork belly had more Brussel sprouts than pork. We had high hopes for it, but it was our least favorite dish. I would skip it. The winner of the night were the spicy chicken wings. They were amazing! Nice and hot and the skin was crispy even with sauce on it. I would go back just for the wings. In hindsight, we should have ordered some sushi. I personally would not come back because there are plenty of other restaurants to try. But if you go to Cocoro, definitely try the wings!!
We’ve been loyal customers at Cocoro’s for the past five years, and every visit is a fantastic experience with amazing food and outstanding service. Tonight, however, I want to give a special shoutout to our server, Evan. He greeted us warmly with a “welcome back” and immediately remembered our usual order, even down to the small detail of asking, “You like a Coke with your dinner, right?” It’s thoughtful gestures like this that keep us coming back every other week. Evan was attentive, kind, and made us feel truly valued—just another reason why we love this place!
