Overview
Steve Ells, founder, chairman and co-CEO, started Chipotle with the idea that food served fast did not have to be a typical fast food experience. Today, Chipotle continues to offer a focused menu of burritos, tacos, burrito bowls (a burrito without the tortilla) and salads made from fresh, high-quality raw ingredients, prepared using classic cooking methods and served in a distinctive atmosphere. Through their vision of Food with Integrity, Chipotle is seeking better food not only from using fresh ingredients, but ingredients that are sustainably grown and naturally raised with respect for the animals, the land, and the farmers who produce the food. Chipotle opened its first restaurant in 1993 and currently operates more than 1000 restaurants.

Better know your order and all the details about it before you even walk in the door. The person making your burrito or food expects you can hear them talk at 400 words per minute and know the names of every type of rice type and salsa type.
Good food! Better when served in person! Love their drinks!
Food is good - the workers get an attitude if you correct them on messing your order up lol
Location , way more safer than e. Hammerlane closer to everything else it's on pacific ave, if you know stockton you know it's the staple main rd or march lane. Server at cashier look like she didn't want to be there. Maybe she was having a bad day idk, but she sure doesn't look enthusiastic nor welcoming. Place was decently clean ,but could be better. Now getting to the actual location is quite a maze it's either make a left or u turn either way it's a journey just to get to the actual spot.
Every time I go in there, no matter how packed it is, I get my food quickly and am on my way. The employees are fast, efficient, and kind-hearted. It can get pretty loud in Chipotle, so I don't know how they keep up such a happy demeanor put I praise them for it. I put 4 stars on food cause I have gotten my rice uncooked once, but that is most likely because they hired new people at the time. The food is usually ALWAYS phenomenal and delicious. Be careful with the chicken, though. Every time I get chicken, there is usually one bone that I have to spit out.
