Cast Iron Trading Co. (formerly known as Cast Iron Cheese, a popular street food vendor seen at local events and pop-ups) is a vibrant downtown Stockton cafe offering a fresh, farm-to-fork style, seasonal menu. Besides great brunch, lunch, and pub-fare food, Cast Iron is serving up hand poured specialty coffees, kombucha, craft beer selections, and wine.

It's like a pub but without the "full bar". You can order some mixed drinks, and they have some beers on tap. Their menu is a selection of bar food with the most amazing burger you will ever have!! Make sure you get caramelized onions if you do end up ordering one, along with a side of their garlic fries!! Your taste buds will beg you to come back again.
Bomb burger! And an unusually good bun. They go a little heavy on the arugula though. Seasoned fries are good. Great beer selection as well. You pay first, so getting a second beer is an extra process. But other than that solid food.
I had the Wasabi Burger. The house made pickles are awesome. Great beer selection too.
It was my first time there and I enjoyed every bite. I recommend the Bleu Burger hands down.
I was passing through for a visit for one of my friends and I decided to check this location out & I rate my dining experience every time, but being able to find a PUB that serves a really good Burger is a go to in my book, check out there cast iron burger & hopefully it’s as good as it was for me . I devoured mine with in minutes of getting it . If I were to drink , I can most definitely say the atmosphere for a nice Cold Brew is there . Check this PUB out if you wanting a cold brew and a slamming Burger !
