I love the area between A.G. Spanos' and Estate Dr. There's a levee that runs between the two main st. Located between these homes. We've had people set fires in our back with the dry bushes. We have had massive grown tumble weed, bushes, thorns and it's cleaned more on the AG Spanos side. Both side have to look good for a nice.
Went to watch University of the Pacific vs Gonzaga West Coast Conference WCC. Great game, beautiful sports arena. Great crowd!
Easily accessible off Pershing Ave & home to the UOP Tigers. Ground entrance puts you on mid landing where you descend steep steps on the West to lower seating or bleachers on the East. Small bathrooms are located near entrances.
A nice venue. Clean, and has restrooms at each end up top. We visited for a UOP Women's Basketball Game. It would be nice if they made a staircase to access the lower part of the venue instead of walking the steep bleachers.
