It's already hard enough to thrive with only white wine in a market so red-obsessed. But Susan likes a challenge, and not only does she focus on white, she also introduced rarities to California like Bourboulenc and Clairette Blanche. Avoiding oak casks, she can craft clear, lean, complex but approachable, beautiful white wines without the dreadful and so common "Chardonnay aftertaste". Their Ingénue is a genuine success, with a perfect name for a wine that will soon become a celebrity. Note: the staff is so knowledgeable it's refreshing - Kathie was just incredible.

great experience! wonderful tastings w bites. i bought all four wines in my tasting. they were excellent!!! the staff very gracious. i visited others, but this was the best. i love the Rhone varietals.
This winery is absolutely worth a visit when in Lodi. Impeccable and interesting white wines with an incredible staff of friendly people and a perfectly on point food pairing. I almost always drink reds, but Acquiesce deepens my appreciation and appetite for a stellar white every time I taste their wines. Each time I visit I kick myself for not returning sooner. Don’t repeat my mistake, visit now 😊
Best for wines, tastings and pairings. Awesome service and great people. Made reservations for May tastings/pairings and pick up Spring releases. Enjoyed the Cinco de Mayo theme. The wines & food were delicious. My nephew & wife joined me. They took home bottles of Roussanne & Grenache Rose' and I added a bottle of Sparkling to my Spring pick up order.
