Annual McKee Student Art Contest & Exhibition
From February 13 thru March 16, the work of student artists from kindergarten through grade 12 will be on display for this annual tradition at the Haggin Museum. This long-running student competition encourages students by providing a public venue for their artwork. On average, about 1,000 pieces of their creativity will be on display for the public to witness. Celebrate young local artists by checking out their beautiful work.

Disney on Ice Presents: Magic in the Stars
From February 6-9, Adventist Health Arena will be the home for Disney magic as Disney on Ice Presents: Magic in the Stars arrives in Stockton! Mickey, Minnie, Aladdin, Jasmine, Woody, Buzz, Elsa, Moana, Mirabel, Luisa, and more will grace the arena ice and put on an exciting show for Disney fans young and old. Thursday and Friday shows kickoff at 7pm, Saturday will have 11am, 3pm, & 7pm shows, and Sunday will have an 11am show

Sopas de Amor at the Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery
15 unique soups from different regions of Mexico by local restaurants will be on display for you to savor at this year's Sopas de Amor event. This special night is going down Friday, February 14 at the Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery. There will be raffles, art sales, mariachi music, and unlimited soups to try! All proceeds of the event benefit activities at the Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery.

StocktonCon Winter
Adventist Health Arena is also home to our biannually pop culture extravaganza known as StocktonCon! Happening February 15 & 16, the arena will be packed with all forms of popular media ranging from film and television to comics, anime, and manga. Exceptional artists like Ramon Villalobos, Michael Calero, Jessica Fong, and Chris Marrinan will have their beautiful works on display. Plus, you'll get a chance to meet quite the lineup of entertainers across various popular media including actor Raymond Cruz (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul), WWE Hall of Famer and founder of Reality of Wrestling Booker T, current TNA World Champion Joe Hendry, and not one but TWO yellow rangers from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers franchise, Karen Ashley and Nakia Burrise.

University of the Pacific Black History Month presents: A Conversation with Giancarlo Esposito
From Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul to The Madalorian and Captain America: Brave New World, Giancarlo Esposito has made a memorable impact throughout his film and television career. Now, the acclaimed actor will be making his way to Stockton Tuesday, February 18 for a moderated discussion at Faye Spanos Concert Hall at University of the Pacific. He will discuss his journey in becoming more than just a “working” actor, but a quality thespian, as well as the standard industry hurdles many people of color face while trying to break into the industry.

Art Expressions of San Joaquin Souper Supper
Appetizing and flavorful soups from various Stockton VIP's will be on display February 21 at the Hilton Stockton for the Art Expressions of San Joaquin annual Souper Super event. Starting at 6pm, delicious soups will be on display along with delightful desserts, wine, and refreshments. Plus, there will be performances by Ballet Folklorico of Maria Valdovinos and also a quartet playing during the registration period. Come out and enjoy this beautiful community event raising fund for the arts.

Events at the Bob Hope Fox Theatre
Referred to as the "crown jewel" of Stockton, The Bob Hope Fox Theatre has quite the legacy here in our city. It its decades of existence, it has housed everything from live music and entertainment to classic films and more. This month, this Stockton staple will have a healthy variety of entertainment for all to enjoy!

Music & Theatre
On Wednesday, February 12, the Conservatory of Music at the University of the Pacific will have their Pacific Orchestras in collaboration with Black History month. The concert, including works by Jennifer Higdon and Alberto Ginastera, will end with William Grant Still’s path-setting “Afro-American Symphony." Also on the UOP campus, the Stockton Symphony's Queens of Soul performance will be happening Saturday, February 15 at Atherton Auditorium. Spend the afternoon listening to the beautiful sounds originally made famous by Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight, Nina Simone, Whitney Houston, and more.
In the thespian world, Stockton Civic Theatre's presentation of Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express will be wrapping up its run February 1 and 2. Pop in for these final performances as the talented cast brings this classic murder mystery to life. Show starts at 7:30pm both nights.

Stockton King vs Memphis Hustle: Education Day
Bring your kiddos down on Wednesday, February 26 for their special Education Day game against the Memphis Hustle. Going down from 11am - 2pm, kids will receive an Education Day booklet with trivia, crosswords, coloring, and more. Plus, community organizations and non-profits will line the concourse with educational activities for the kids to take part in. You don't want to miss this.
