The Haggin Museum
Haggin Museum proudly showcases beautiful masterpieces from renowned 19th-century painters. Artists like William-Adolphe Bouguereau and J.C. Leyendecker, as well as other American and European artists, have their beautiful works on display. This legendary spot also features exhibits that delve into regional art & history and special events tailored toward a specific topic.

The Filipino American National Historical Society (FANHS) Museum
Opened in 2016 as the first and only one in the US, the FAHNS Museum reflects the many contributions that Filipino Americans have made to this country. Located in what was originally “Little Manila,” this spot houses the many historical memorabilia gathered by each FAHNS chapter and donations made by private citizens.

Children’s Museum of Stockton
Learning reigns supreme at the Children’s Museum of Stockton. This child-focused educational experience features hands-on, play-based exhibits that enhance their understanding of today. The Destination Space exhibit, featuring the story of local astronaut José Hernández, provides an in-depth look at NASA and space exploration that will leave young and old alike in awe.

San Joaquin County Historical Society & Museum
While technically located in Lodi at Micke Grove Park, the San Joaquin County Historical Society & Museum showcases the history of the entire San Joaquin Valley, with plenty of focus on Stockton. From its origins with the Yokuts and Miwok through to Captain Charles Weber and modern agriculture, the county’s history is located in this extensive location, devoting itself to educating locals and visitors on this area’s rich history.

Stockton Maritime Museum
Home to the USS Lucid MSO-485, the Stockton Maritime Museum preserves the rich history of the maritime industry of Stockton, dating back to the 19th century. Its great accomplishment has been the restoration of the USS Lucid, a minesweeper assembled in Stockton in the early 1950s. If you’re interested in local maritime history, this is the spot to visit.

Wat Dhammararam Cambodian Buddhist Temple
The magnificent Stockton Cambodian Buddhist Temple features over 90 larger-than-life, jewel-encrusted statues that celebrate the story of the Cambodian Buddha.
